Surface spread of Flame test approval:- Based on BS 476, part 7,1971

Sound absorption Test approval : Based on CNS-9056

Pvac flame retardency : DIN 4102 Class B2

Thin Coating Test Approval: Based on ASTM B 244

NaC1 test approval: Based on ASTM B 117, Two Hundred Hours

Coating :- Out door polyester matt powder. Production routine by HOT-DIP galvanized treatment not by electro galvanized treatment so no risk of cancer disease

Adhesion Requirements test :- According to CNS 2964 CNS 10756.2.15

Film Thickness Test:- According to CNS 10756.2.15 , 50u – 80u

Acid Resistance test :- according to CNS 10757.2.5

Alkali Resistance test :- according to CNS 10757.2.4

Humidity resistance test:- according to CNS 10756.2.15 (2.1) CNS 10756.2.17

Gloss Test : CNS 10756.2.16 achieving 15%

Flexibility: CNS 10756.2.16 achieving 10

Perforation: many perforation pattern available. NRC : 0.6 w/o any inlay backing , NRC: 0.85 with fiber glass backing.

Sound Absorption : 0.2mm Non-woven black acoustic fleece for Sound absorption. Our Non-woven and passed the fabric flame retardant test achieving flame retardency DIN 4102 Class B2 with imported from Germany. The result of sound absorbing is the best. It meet the European standard requirement.

Suspension: Composed of V shaped runners supported by adjustable hangers, all in galvanized steel corrosion.
